Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product is significantly different from its description on our website.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving it. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions.

Refund Process

1. Initiating a Refund Request

2. Approval & Return
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please follow the same procedure as for refunds. Exchanged and damaged products will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
